Phil, with six years of experience as a Senior Instructor and Warwickshire County Coach at The Belfry, now leads the team at Oulton. Widely acknowledged as one of the UK's top young coaches, he was a runner-up in the England Golf Coach of The Year Awards in both 2018 and 2019.
Phil's expertise lies in producing top-tier golfers, and he is particularly skilled in developing elite-level players.
Phil believes in a person, athlete, golfer approach to creating some of the best golfers in the U.K.
Scott, a Trackman certified instructor and full-time coach for over 6 years, leverages his playing professional background to offer valuable insights during lessons. Having coached beginners, collegiate players, and professionals, he has earned a strong reputation for effective coaching. With a focus on simplifying the game and making golf more enjoyable, Scott emphasises the importance of decision-making on the course and believes in improving scores without necessarily changing one's swing.
