Phil has had a real passion for developing some of the country's finest golfers from grass root beginners to some of the best golfers in the country.
His 6 years at The Belfry produced 7 international golfers, 24 county players, and 9 Professionals.
"A passion of mine is creating the next generation of professionals through my college program and county coaching"

Scott has been a full time coach and Trackman certified instructor for over 6 years. He has coached complete beginners, collegiate players and professionals. Coaching 1000's of golfers to reach there potential and developed a strong reputation for simple effective coaching strategies.
"It's my job to simplify and make your golf more enjoyable"

Having the experience playing throughout the world as a playing professional, Scott knows what it takes to get the golf ball round the course.
"You don't always have your 'A' game, being able to use better decision making on the course to lower your scores. You don't have to change your swing to improve your golf and your scores"

Phil has finished as the runner up in the England Golf Coach of The Year Awards for both 2018 and 2019. With a degree in the PGA's flagship AGMS program from the University of Birmingham, Phil is a specialist in developing elite golfers, considering the person, athlete and golfer.
